Housing at the University of Washington

In 1907, Nu Chapter's first house was on Brooklyn Avenue. In 1909, Nu Chapter moved to a home on 17th Avenue and then to 4722 NE 15th Ave. In 1917, moved to 20th NE Ave., until a new house was built Alpha Xi Delta.

In 1924, the house was completed at 4541 NE 19th Ave. and the chapter lived there till 1975. In 1979, after re-colonizing, Nu Chapter moved into their current chapter home at 1616 NE 50th St. which was originally built for Alpha Chi Omega. In 2016, Alpha Xi Delta bought a second property at 1818 NE 45th Street to house expanding membership.

What do we do?

House Corporation Board (HCB) is responsible for the management of the Chapter House and Annex. The Board Members are all alumnae of Alpha Xi Delta whom volunteer their time to enhance the chapter experience.
